Our Staff

Our Security staff is comprised of self-motivated, diligent and well-disciplined personnel and majority of them are Ex-service Commissioned and Non Commissioned Officers. High security Bouncer security Pvt Ltd personnel have been given a comprehensive Training upon their recruitment on the following areas other than on the General Duties of security personnel.

Fire – Types of fire, First Aid, Fire Appliances (FAFA) and practical fire Fighting.

Explosives – How to identify explosives, Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) and action to be taken on detection and before and after an Explosion.
Public Relations – All Security Officers who would be the first person customer’s needs are given special training on Customer Care and Public Relations
First Aid     – Following areas are covered on the First Aid;

• Artificial Respiration
• Evacuation of Injured people
• Assisting Casualties until proper medication is given

A Visiting Security Officer would be appointed for each site and he is responsible for visiting the site a minimum of three days a week during the day and night visit.

Manager Operations will visit for inspection and meet the Client once a month.

All the above officers are contactable over Mobile phones 24 hours of a day.

The Head Office Duty Officer will contact the site over the phone from time to time to ensure the smooth functioning of the site.
